Scrambled Eggs with Mushroom and Hashbrowns

Ever wanted to make Cafe quality Scrambled Eggs and Hashbrowns at home? With the help some clever Krio products now you can. “Euroma” is a versatile flavour enhancer that can be used in a number of ways and is a great way to give Scrambled Eggs a boost – our Redi-Shred Hashbrown mix means you can also dish up perfect hashbrowns every time (with a minimum of fuss!).

 

INGREDIENTS

KEY INGREDIENT: Krio Euroma Enhance, Krio Seasoning
KEY SKILLS: Sautéing
EQUIPMENT NEEDS: pan x2 , fork, bowls
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 10 minutes

COOKING STEPS:
  1. Sauté the mushroom with the some of the butter.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the cream and whisk. With a fork. Add the Euroma flavor and whisk again.
  3. Melt the remaining butter in a pan. Pour the egg mixture in and stir gently with a fork. Remove from the heat once most of the egg is set.

 

PLATING:
  1. Place the cooked hashbrown on a warm plate then arrange on a warm plate, sprinkle the Herb & Garlic Seasoning on top of the mushroom and serve.
