Perfecto Seasoned Whole Roasted Chicken
This delicious Whole Roasted Chicken recipe includes 4-5 Krio products (including Seasoning, Sage & Onion Stuffing mix, Chicken Gravy) and is a perfect example of how anyone can create amazing dishes in a short amount of time with some help from our amazing Krio range.
One Whole Chicken, size 18
Krio Krush Sage & Onion Stuffing – 100gm
Water – 60ml
Krio Krush Hungarian Paprika – 5gm
Krio Krush Chicken Gravy powder– 100gms
Water – 1L
Krush Perfecto Rub – 15gm
Oil – 10ml

PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 60 minutes
1.Oil the chicken and season it with Perfecto Rub on both sides.
2.Prepare Sage & Onion Stuffing by adding 50ml water to 100gm of mixture.
1. Stuff the Sage & Onion mixture into the cavity of the chicken. Tie the legs with twine.
2. Place a resting rack into a baking tray and place the chicken on it. Put the tray into a 180 deg oven for approximately 45 – 60 min. or until juices run clear.
3. To make Krio Krush Chicken Gravy add 100gm of Chicken Gravy powder to 1 litre of cold water and bring to the boil over medium heat. Whisk until mixture thickens.
1. Place the roast onto a serving platter, accompanied with the Krio Krush chicken gravy. A great accompaniment for this dish are Hasselback potatoes, sprinkled with the Krio Krush Hungarian Paprika and Sea Salt Flakes.
