Lime Pepper Crusted Perch Fillet
This healthy, light Perch Fillet recipe includes 3 Krio products including Lime Pepper Seasoning, Herbs and our famous Krio Hollandaise Sauce mixture. It’s a perfect example of flavoursome meal that can be created in a short amount of time with a minimum of fuss.
INGREDIENTS
Perch fillet- 250gms
Krio Lime Pepper Seasoning -10gms
Krio Hollandaise Sauce mixture-50mls
Krio Freeze Dried Chives -2gms
Krio Dill Tops-2gms
2 tbsp olive oil

PREPARATION STEPS:
1. Coat both sides of fish with the Lime Pepper Seasoning, let stand for 10min.
2. Add the Dill Tops and Freeze Dried Chives to the Hollandaise Sauce.
COOKING STEPS:
1. Add the oil to a small hot pan and shallow fry the Lime Pepper encrusted fish on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
PLATING:
1. Plate the fish on a warm plate and serve with the Hollandaise sauce and your choice of garnish
