Episode 20 of Escape Fishing with ET, is packed with further, adventures exploration of the Pacific Islands. This time of the Solomon Islands; ET and the team find not only rich seas full of beaituful (but sometime fisty!) fish, but also rich Melanesian culture, that they get to experinece especially on the Guadalcanal Island.
Back home in Oz, the team catches Spotted Mackerel and Tuna off Northern NSW and a Bonito off Sydney.
Bonito flavour does have a split audience, some find it a tasty fish and some not so much, but Chef Paul Breheny explains and shows how to make it tasty. He barbeques the Lemon Peppered Bonito and serves it with Smoked Leeks, Italian glaze and Warrigal greens. Delightful!!
